These files have been updated on 6/28/23. It will now have the satin option in the files, so that you can make with woven fabric. It will also have an add on. You will have a strap in a single and a multi file 5×7 hoop. You will have one file for rectangle slots that you can add to your design it is not in the original files. Just line up to the center. I do not have directions for the add on, but I do have a quick tutorial you can watch. Please go to the group for more information.

Note that orders containing more than one item are subject to a processing period that is based to the specific item.
Prior to shipment We will inspect thoroughly the items you have ordered. Currently, most orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time is between 3 and 7 working days.
Returns
The stock market is always changing. It is not managed entirely by us, since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and our storage. The levels of stock can change at any moment. It is possible that you will not receive your order after the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you purchased your item and we're unable to offer you a complete exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same state that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
